Contest Rules: Win Two Roundtrip Tickets from Muskegon to Chicago!

1. Eligibility
The contest is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years of age at the time of entry. Employees, officers, and directors of Denver Air Connection, Muskegon County Airport and their immediate families are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period
The contest will begin at 12 PM on 2/17/2025 and end at 2/26/2025 at 5 PM (the "Contest Period"). Entries received outside of the Contest Period will be disqualified.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must:

• Publicly "like AND share" the original contest post.
• Private shares cannot be counted.
• If the shared post includes a tag from a local business that advertises a Denver Air Connection poster, their name will be considered twice in the drawing.
• No purchase necessary to enter or win.

4. Prize
One winner will receive two (2) roundtrip airline tickets from Muskegon, Michigan (MKG) to Chicago, Illinois (ORD). Prize includes only the airfare and does not include any additional expenses such as taxes, baggage fees, meals, or transportation.

5. Winner Selection
The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries. The drawing will take place on 2/27/2025 and the winner will be notified via Facebook within 3 business days after the drawing. The winner must respond within 5 days of being contacted to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this time frame, an alternate winner will be selected.

6. Prize Conditions

• Travel must be booked and completed within six months from the drawing date.
• The winner will be responsible for booking the flight, subject to availability.
• Prize is non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed.
• The winner is responsible for any taxes, fees, or other costs associated with the prize.

7. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow Muskegon County Airport and/or Denver Air Connection to use their name, photograph, and/or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

8. General Terms

• Muskegon County Airport and/or Denver Air Connection reserve the right to disqualify any entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or violate the contest rules.
• By entering, participants agree to abide by these official rules and decisions made by Muskegon County Airport and/or Denver Air Connection, which are final.
• Muskegon County Airport and/or Denver Air Connection are not responsible for any technical issues, errors, or malfunctions that may prevent entry submission or the receipt of a prize.

9. Limitation of Liability
By participating in the contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Muskegon County Airport and Denver Air Connection, their affiliates, and their respective employees, agents, and representatives from any liability, loss, or damage resulting from participation in the contest or acceptance, use, or misuse of the prize.
