There are several options, but we recommend using a third-party website such as Google Flights, Expedia, Kayak or Travelocity to search for the lowest fare first. This allows travelers to compare the fares of American, United and Delta in one place. Once the low fare is found, customers may book using one of the following options:
1. Book directly with United or American or your preferred third-party travel site to book flights from MKG with multiple destinations on one ticket and with seamless baggage transfers to your final destination. Delta does not allow interline ticketing on their website, so those flights must be booked third-party.
2. Visit Denver Air Connection's website and book directly with the airline, or call 1-866-373-8513 for assistance. A small convenience fee may apply.
Yes, if you booked travel through American, Delta or United Airlines for domestic flights. International flights may require you to claim your checked baggage at connection.
Yes, you may check-in online 24-hours prior to your flight with Denver Air Connection, United, American or Delta Airlines. All check-in actions may also be completed at the ticket counter prior to departure.
Please arrive at the airport no later than one hour before your flight to go through the check-in process. Just like a larger airport, Denver Air Connection can not guarantee boarding to those who do not check in on time.
Much of the stress of travel can be reduced by understanding security and check-in procedures at the airport. Passengers departing from the Muskegon County Airport must go through a routine security screening by the TSA. To make your screening process quick and hassle free, visit the TSA's website for a list of approved and disapproved travel items.
If you experience travel deviations, Denver Air Connection staff will be there at the gate in ORD or MKG to assist with changing your itinerary. Please have the following information readily available for expeditious processing:
